The ideal candidate wouldl be able to persuade, influence, negotiate, whilst maintaining high quality customer service standards within the Contact Centre environment.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for new customer onboarding processes, impacting the new business lapse rate
Client service: ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
Cross and upsell of short term insurance products within a call centre environment
Administrative duties related to position

Minimum requirements
• Afrikaans first language
• Grade 12 with University entrance
• A relevant diploma/degree (advantageous)
• RE Compliance certificate (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years Short Term sales experience
• Proven ability to reach targets and retain clients and minimise lapses
• Proficiency in computer packages
