Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator is looking for an experienced Team Leader within our Contact Centre environment, who will manage the day to day operation and people management duties.


Key Responsibilities

Daily coaching of individual call centre advisors
Retention of key talent
Ongoing focus on recognition
Ongoing reinforcement of the Harambee Ways of Working
Training new staff and on-going staff development
Managing staff work ethics and behaviours
Build relationships with other functions in the business
Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly performance targets are proactivly managed
Ensuring that work is prioritised such that output is effective
Doing administration work around staff payments, overtime and sick/annual leave days

Minimum Requirements

Have Grade 12 (Matric) plus;
Have at least 1 year Coaching and people development experience
Have a minimum of 12 months supervsior experience within a Contact / Call Centre environment
Have the ability to work in a team
Have attention to detail
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have problem solving skills
Have the ability to multi-task and ability to work independently
Have basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Have a positive attitude
