Contact Fixed Assets Clerk – Umhlanga
Must have Evolution Experience
R10 000 – R15 000 CTC
The purpose of this position is to assist the Accountants in updating the Fixed Assets register so that this is valid, accurate and complete.
Requirements
• Matric with Maths
• At least 5 years previous experience in a finance position
• Evolution experience non- negotiable and experience with working with the fixed asset module is an absolute plus.
Duties:
• The candidate will be given a list of assets and will be expected to physically verify them if possible.
• They will be required to work with the Admin and IT Managers to understand the current fixed assets list.
• They will be required to work with the Accountant and myself to assist in putting together the information from the difference sources and then executing within the Evo system the decisions
