Content Material Developer (Call Centre)

A well-established contact centre is now recruiting Material Developers to join their vibrant Training Department.
Job Description:

• Design, develop, and customise training content and programs

• Undertake research to identify required module information, develop learning frameworks and gain business and client sign off and buy in to key projects.

• Liaise with Client representatives on Training needs and project manage the development and roll out of training initiatives.

• Develop formal and informal learning including classroom training, knowledge base content, Interactive Online Learning Modules and technical refresher modules.

• Evaluate current training materials and methods used

• Development of interactive, practical and innovative Training Interventions that meet corporate standards and are in line with current best practice training methodologies and utilize all available Tools

• Create, maintain and support a range of training resources to allow all staff to self-develop

• Work closely with Client groups and key account personnel to ensure that training materials for new product launches or processes are developed to the highest possible standards and utilize appropriate methodologies

• Ensure effective evaluation mechanisms are designed to assess training intervention success

• Work with the Client Representative to ensure that modules meet client needs and expectation

• Establish relationships with relevant Client personnel to ensure accuracy of information

Minimum Requirements:

• Higher level education

• Experience of the full training life cycle – TNA, Designing Training Materials, Delivery and Evaluation of Training

• Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of Blended Learning Concept & Learning Principles

• Particular emphasis on Needs Analysis and Design of Training Materials would be a distinct advantage

• Graphic Design experience & the use of graphic design software specifically related to vector based design

• Ability to conduct photo manipulation

• Experience in a client facing role would be preferred

• Previous project management experience would be an advantage but not essential
