Responsibilities of the role:
Content and internal distribution of all internal and external marketing activity to inform employees and customers about our company and the products we offer;

These activities include:

• Preparation and implementation of a comprehensive internal marketing plan with the business development team.
• Content creation- research, Interviewing, writing, editing and proofreading of content to ensure it is aligned to business objectives
• Identify and refine the delivery channels for all internal and external marketing (email, printed collateral for distribution, intranet, events, social media, websites and internal campaigns)
• Monitoring trends and best practice to deliver innovative and exciting solutions that meet changing business requirements
• Assist in external marketing programs aimed at informing vendors and customers of Kazang’s products and services in the marketplace; including activations, new product how to guides.
• Design and design support
• Tracking and updating spend against budget
• Maintaining a constructive, collaborative and consultative approach to relationships with service providers, colleagues and internal clients

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:

• Matric
• Relevant qualification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing internal and external content and communications within telecommunications environment
• Experience in creating training material
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
