Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilitating all activities relating to IT service continuity and IT service availability
- Regular testing of all business services as well the analysis and integration of new services into the ITSC and availability architecture
- Responsible for adoption and continual improvement of the IT service continuity and available management processes
- Maintain a set of IT service continuity and recovery plans that support overall business continuity and plans of the organisation
- Manage BIA and completing regular BIAs to ensure continuity plans are maintained
- Risk assessments and management exercises in conjunction with business and availability and security management processes
- Produce all documentation
- Perform period audits
- Bachelor degree in It or similar
- PRINCE2/ PMBOK or similar project management certification
- BCM related qualification
- ITIL foundation and service design
- 10 years experience
