Our client in the automotive component manufacturing industry is looking to employ a Continuous Improvement Coordinator with a minimum of 5 - 10 years ideally in qualitative field
Minimum requirements:
Technical Degree or an Equivalent of experience and education • An Advanced Degree – ideally in a Quantitative field will be well regarded • Master Black Belt of Black Belt and expert in minimum 6 Lean tools or expert in minimum 10 Lean Tools and Green Belt • Skills in Advance Quality tools • Process walk through methodology
5 – 10 years – ideally in Qualitative field, Accredited LSS Black Belt, Lean Sensei and/or Master Black Belt Certificate.
Duties:
Lead and Coordinate CI flow / processes to meet yearly Budget and Forecast objectives • Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement • Achieve 95% of CI Dashboard at the end of each year • Support of Kaizen suggestions System• Reinforce the usage of • Complete 5S deployment in the Plant (calendar, teams defined, files follow up, scores, etc.) • Submit the weekly activities report on time • Submit the monthly KPI’s on time • Submit the Quarterly review on time
Training • Complete White Belt Training for 100% of the salaried employees end of the year • Define with HR the CI Training plan for the 1st Level Management team and ensure 100% execution by the end of the year
Waste Walks and 5 S • Support Continuous Improvement in our administrative functions by facilitating Lean concepts applications
