The Contracts Manager acts as the middle point between SCM, Projects and the Vendors. The CM is responsible to manage contracts in such a way to reduce the likelihood of receiving claims from contractors. The CM must also ensure that contractors deliver based on baselined project schedules.
The CM assist with compiling of the POP strategy and setting up of contract requirements so that SCM can issue enquiries.
Construction contracts managers oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget

Minimum requirements:

• BComm LLB / BComm Commercial / BEng or other relevant degree ( Essential/Minimum )
• Certificate First Line Management ( Essential/Minimum )
• 8 Years relevant experience
• Construction Related, Commercial Related
  GCC / FIDIC / NEC contract conditions
• Construction Related, Commercial Related
  GCC / FIDIC / NEC contract conditions - 8 Years experience
• IPS/Psychomotoric Assessment  (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness  (Essential/Minimum)
