MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Grade 12

· Trade Test

· Drivers License Code B or C1

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

· 5 Years Managing Contractor Service level agreements

· 2 Years Supervisory

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

· Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

· Participate in change initiatives and provide feedback on resistance

· Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data. File documents per procedure

· Propose ideas or practical improvements relevant to tasks. Participate in improvement initiatives and lead group discussions to solve problems

· Comply with disciplinary and behavioral rules and procedures

· Comply with safety, health and environmental standards. Identify and report unsafe and hazardous situations in work area. Conduct safety meetings. Enforce team adherence to standards

· Comply with Quality standards and deliver in a manner that support and meet operational quality standards

· To ensure that the contractor manage and operate the club facilities and associated buildings according to the service level agreement in order to provide recreational facilities and entertainment to CLIENT employees thereby enhancing the well being of the community at the mine

· To ensure that the contractor manage and operate the licensed bar services at companies property in selling liquor to the public according to the service level agreement and the legal requirements of the Liquor License Board

· To ensure that the contractor renders hygienically clean facilities

·To ensure that the contractor managing and operate the laundry services at selected sites at mine according to the servicer level agreement

· To ensure that the contractor collects, remove and dump domestic, garden and hazardous waste at mines, villages and other facilities at mine according to the scope of work and service level agreement, complying with law and the standards set by the mining operations

· To ensure that the contractor manage the SACCO/SIMOTOMO, entertainment centre and library at the buildings adjacent to the company. Main Club according to the service level agreement

· To ensure that the contractor maintains the sports fields, gardens and parks at companies properties other Mining areas according to the service level agreement

· To ensure that the contractor provides accommodation and other services to the guests, according to the service level agreement

· Interpret the service level agreement so that consensus is generated on the requirements, responsibilities and liabilities for all stakeholders

· Determine the audit criteria for assessing the performance of the contractor

· Audit the performance of the contractor according to stipulated timer frames

· Institute remedial action regarding non-conformances to the service level agreement

· Monitor the performance of the contractor

· If required recommend the implementation of the termination clause of the service level agreement to Senior Management

· Handle complaints from and towards the contractor and introduce preventative and remedial actions.
