Looking for a Product and Contracting Manager for an Inbound Tour Company

Experience:
• Excellent product knowledge of Southern and East Africa
• Experience in negotiating rates and payment terms with suppliers

• Negotiating best Rates available with suppliers
• Negotiating best Payment and Credit terms with suppliers

Job details:
• Regular communication with top suppliers to ensure access to the best products at the best rates.
• Sourcing and communication of new product / specials to the Sales and Marketing teams thus ensuring Sales Consultants are equipped with adequate product knowledge to sell effectively
• Co-ordinate product training with Suppliers and Sales Teams
• Securing best payment terms from suppliers
• Acquiring Inventory for Sales Teams over peak periods and special events
