We are looking for a Contracting Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4 yrs inbound tour operator experience preferably in procurement
Excellent negotiation and communication skills essential
Highly organized and deadline driven
Proficiency in Microsoft office essential
Tourplan experience preferred
Sound product knowledge of Southern Africa
Work well under presure

Duties:

Request Rates from Suppliers
Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers and clients
Assist in issuing contracts with suppliers and agents
Research new properties and products
Assist with queries and maintain constant flow of communication between departments
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and agents
