REQUIREMENTS
- Matric & a Tertiary qualification in Project/ Contract Management
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- A legal driver’s license (non-negotiable)
- Strong MS Office skills and abilities
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal & professional networking skills
- Attention to detail
ROLE:
- Develop costing & quotations for the entire process of the construction projects
- Provide administration support to managers
- Prepare contracts & revisions to contract & budgets
- Gather prices of supplies & source new suppliers
- Manage & coordinate supplier relationships & deliverables
- Plan, develop & monitor project schedule
- Track costs throughout the projects & ensure accurate costing for tenders
- Coordinate & ensure compliance for tender applications
- Keep client up-to-date with project status
- Promote & communicate the maintenance service on the completed project
