An opportunity is available for a Contracts Administrator to join the team of a company that provides manufacturing, construction & installation services within the sports industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric & a Tertiary qualification in Project/ Contract Management
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • A legal driver’s license (non-negotiable)
  • Strong MS Office skills and abilities
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal & professional networking skills
  • Attention to detail

 

ROLE:

  • Develop costing & quotations for the entire process of the construction projects
  • Provide administration support to managers
  • Prepare contracts & revisions to contract & budgets
  • Gather prices of supplies & source new suppliers
  • Manage & coordinate supplier relationships & deliverables
  • Plan, develop & monitor project schedule
  • Track costs throughout the projects & ensure accurate costing for tenders
  • Coordinate & ensure compliance for tender applications
  • Keep client up-to-date with project status
  • Promote & communicate the maintenance service on the completed project
