We are looking for a Contracts Administrator for a National Company in Port Elizabeth.
Individual will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and administrating contracts during the various stages for new client take on while investigating potential risks.

Requirements:
Ability to analyse and understand commercial conditions.
Ability to understand and interpret key elements of company law and potential risks.
Strong administrative and organisational background.
Strong communications skills.
Fluent in English.
Grade 12 or equivalent NQ 4 certificate
A tertiary legal qualification or studying towards such qualification will be advantageous
Computer literate – intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Minimum of 18 months experience in drafting and verification of commercial agreements

Duties:
Administering Contracts
Preparation and drafting of contracts using the correct contractual wording and format
Basic understanding of Risk Management.
System Administration
Internal Staff Liaison
Back office support
General Administration

Salary is market related and Negotiable.
