Contracts Administrator - Pretoria

The incumbent is employed in the Procurement Business and will report direct to the National Contracts Manager.

To Finalise contracts for goods and services in line with the relevant policies and procedures, thus making company more competitive.

? Creating purchase contracts on the SAP System
? Meeting planned delivery dates
? Sourcing new products and vendors
? Sourcing BEE Suppliers
? Making evaluated judgements in terms of cost benefit analyses
? Making new suppliers aware of purchasing procedures
? Evaluating suppliers performance in terms of them keeping delivery dates
? Self manage via exception reporting

? Diploma or Level NQF6 Qualification in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing
? 3-5 Years relevant experience in a Procurement Environment

? Be computer literate with a proven competence in the following software packages: (Windows, MS Word & Excel)
? Knowledge of Purchasing Policies/Procedures
? Knowledge of Detailed Procurement Procedures

? Communication skills (Have excellent verbal language skills)
? Decision making
? Ability to negotiate
? Strong interpersonal skills (including telephone etiquette skills)
