WE are seeking a Contracts Manager for a large building contractor to be based in Durban for a 6-month contract based role.

Contracts Manager Requirements:

You must minimally carry a National Diploma Building (or related) and must have a minimum of 15 years' experience with at least 5 of these recent years in a Contracts Manager role on building projects. Candidates residing in or around Durban will take preference, as would candidates with experience in low cost housing. This is a limited duration contract based role with the possibility of extension / permanent.
