Job Title: Contracts Manager - Buildings
A well - established contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager in their Building Department in Johannesburg.
Qualifications and experience:
• BTech / NHD / BSc in Building/Civil Engineering
• 7-12 years’ experience in the engineering industry
• Minimum of 3 years as a Contracts Manager
• Extensive experience on large building projects
• Knowledge of the current Health and Safety Legislations
Responsibilities:
• This job will control and administer a large building project or a few smaller projects from commencement to completion
