Contracts Manager - Civil and Building Structures. This position is based in Bethlehem in the Free State. Minimum Tertiary qualification National Diploma/B Tech Civil. Min 6 years exp in the Building and Civil Construction Industry. Good command of the English Language and Computer literate in MS Office. Must have extensive techniucal knowledge, will be responsible for Scheduling and Programming of work, client liaison, Report writing, problem solving. Will manage quality of Construction on site, dealing with sub contractors, manage costs, good knowledge of site health and safety.
Payment certificates. Will be responsible for ensuring that projects are compkleted within time frames and budgets.
