The Control & Instrumentation Technician will be responsible for installation studies related to the control, the measurement and the power supply of processes and equipment. He/she will also ensure the follow-up of subcontractorsâ?? studies and suppliersâ?? documentation. He will use design tools such as Microstation, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Comos.

Responsibilities
Description of the main principle tasks & responsibilities in the dimensions of operational, financial,
process & tools, and people related.
The Control & Instrumentation Technician is in charge of:
Preparation of PFD / PID drawings and associated lists in accordance with internal
standards and contracts requirements
Preparation of purchase technical files for the instrumentation
Realization of implantation drawings and hoo-up drawings for instruments
Technical support to the definition of electrical power equipment and circuits
Follow-up and monitoring of suppliers files and documents, quality, time and cost
compliance,
Participation in the preparation of the specifications for studies subcontracting, and
follow-up of the subcontractors
Accountabilities
Make sure that means (software, tools) are available to execute projects.
Escalate the issues in due time, whatever their origin, technical, staffing, etc. to the
I&C group leader or I&C engineers for a prompt resolution.
Measurement Performance measurement primarily relies on
Quality of the deliverables
On time delivery for I&C group deliverables
Budget compliance
Other objectives are set on yearly basis as part as of his/her People review meeting with the I&C group leader.
Language Skills
Mandatory (MUST)
Strong ability to communicate verbal and in written English
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)
Proficiency in the local language may be required
