Control Room Operator
My client is looking for a competent control room operator.
Applicant must be PSIRA registered
No criminal record
Min of 2 years experience in this position
Candidate must reside in Springs or Springs surroundings
Computer literate
Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills
Surveillance Body Language knowledge an advantage
To provide camera and alarm surveillance on sites, incident management and operational support for critical services that support the operations of the company.
Report all incidents, including faulty equipment, alarms activated, false alarms, etc
Monitoring and tracking of alarms and cameras
Evaluate movement on camera and activate response team if suspicious
activity is detected.

To ensure all matters are addressed in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner
