Internationally recognised Law Firm is eager to speak to an experienced Conveyance Secretary to join a specialist team. This is a rare opportunity to work for one of the largest players in the industry.


Duties Include:

• General secretarial duties, including filing, faxing and photocopying
• Responsible for conveyancing
• Assisting with drafting of agreements and other administrative duties
• Assist in drafting standardised banking documentation
• Assist in conducting property searches
• Diary management
• Type correspondence on a regular basis
• Taking messages

Skills Include:
• Good command of the English language
• Computer Literate (MS Office suite)
• Ghostconvey, L@W and Excel
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Ability to prioritise duties
• Dealing with several matters at once
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM

Requirements:

• Matric/National diploma or equivalent qualification
• Secretarial Diploma with excellent typing skills
• 2 years+ experience in conveyancing environment
• South African Citizen
• Solid work history with contactable references.
