REQUIREMENTS -
Proven legal background.
Ability to draft documents relating to all forms of Agency / Local conveyancing transfers.
Knowledge and experience of Deeds Office procedures.
Good communication skills, analytical ability & attention to detail.
Practical working knowledge of relevant legislation.
