Our Client is looking for a temp Conveyancing Secretary for their Stellenbosch office. Ideally they are looking for candidates from Stellenbosch/Paarl/Somerset West/Strand areas.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to the end which includes residential and commercial property transfers .
Preparing files accurately according to specifications.
Administering and organising the Conveyancing legal practice
Effective stakeholder communication essential for both internal & external parties
Drafting Documents
Obtaining Transfer Duty
Obtaining Rates Clearance Certificates
Attending to Lodgements and Registrations of all Transfers, Bond Cancellations and Bonds,
Attending to all the Finances related to the conveyancing transactions
Experience working with FNB, Nedbank, Std Bank, Absa

Requirements:

Secretarial diploma/ legal secretary/paralegal qualification advantageous.
Conveyance Secretary experience essential.
Experience with bond registrations
Ability to speak and type documents in both Afrikaans & English.

Salary: R16 000
Hours: 08h00 – 16h30
