We are currently seeking a Rib and Break Bulk Co-ordinator for one of our well established clients.

Requirements:

Matric/ Senior Certificate
Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good knowledge of import procedures
5 years’ experience in the freight forwarding and clearing industry

Responsibilities:

Coordinate consolidation drawing from all airlines within set time
Obtain Customs release for all consolidations from Customs.
Optimize vehicle use in drawing cargo from airlines
Ensure all original documentation are collected from different airlines.
Update AIWACS System as per Customs compliance
Ensure Pro-forma claims are submitted to airlines within prescribed period
Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders.
Develop and establish relationships with all internal team members thereby ensuring seamless and quality service to the client.
