Copier Technician - Bloemfontein (Office Automation Environment)
Grade 12
Electronics background & Strong IT understanding would be an advance
Min 3 Years Previous Experience in Copier Technology or related field is Compulsory
Previous Experience in the IT field is Essential
Valid Driver's License - Own Reliable Vehicle
Installation, Maintenance & Repair of Office Equipment e.g. copiers, printers, fax machines etc.
Providing training for Junior Engineers
Supervising of work done by Junior Engineers
Demonstrations & Training to clients on the proper usage of the machines including all functions, faxing, scanning, printing etc.
Scheduling & Performing Preventative Maintenance
Arrange for Collections on Loan Machines
Identify Problem Machines & Cooperate with business to ensure upgrading
Keep an inventory of Spare Parts - Re-order used Parts on time
Strong Admin Skills to ensure effective call logs, weekly reports etc.
Liaise with Service Controller to ensure efficient Time Management
Inspection of own work & participate in Process Improvement Activities
Ability to be flexible to perform duties outside own job/department
Able to perform Special Assignments as per Management requests
Able to perform effectively under pressure & work independently
