Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
? To ensure effective communication between customer & Key Account Manager (KAM) in order for (KAM) to in the execute the Account
strategy & business objectives
? Identify new opportunities to further grow and/or protect our business & communicate to KAM & captured in CRM
? Ensure company remains in a strong position as incumbent supplier with the aim to extend contracts
? Excellent & uncompromised frontline support ensuring adherence to Client Service Level agreement & ensuring commitments are met by

Internal & External stakeholders
? Maintain high level of customer engagement with regular updates, feedback (e.g. monthly meetings) to customer & company (e.g., meetings
and/or reports); and identify gaps & suggest possible interventions, and draw up action plans with the customer to implement & sustain
improvements
? Providing first-line trouble-shooting on Applications issues & maintaining logs in Clarify
? Actively collaborate with colleagues & the laboratory by sharing technical insights and experience on instruments where expertise has been
gained
? Train and support lab technologists

Reporting Lines:
• This position report to Application Specialist Manager

The successful candidate should be in possession of:
? National Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
? Min 5 years working experience in a diagnostic laboratory
? Business Orientation (Product and Industry Knowledge, SOPs)
