A well-established National Retail Market leader in automotive/parts sector with the Head Office based in Linbro Park area seeks an individual with CA (SA) with Big 4 Articles who’s main role is to consolidate and report accurate financial data to internal and external stakeholders and implement the processes needed to ensure the accuracy of information.

To make this role yours you need the following:
• CA (SA) with Big 4 Articles
• People management experience
• Advanced Excel (certified) with data mining
• Hyperion Essbase or Financial Management experience a must, System conversion experience (Bonus points)
• 2 or more years working experience in a similar role

A typical day will include the following:
• Managing and guiding staff and Directors on technical accounting issues
• Preparing reporting packs for Head office as well as for the Board
• Consolidating financial data across all companies in the group and preparing AFS
• Preparing tax calculations for Companies within the Group and consolidating them
• Preparing Reserve bank reporting submissions
• Analysing actual spending versus budget and prior years and providing commentary
• Analysing and Discussing cost centre income statements with department heads and Executives
• Preparing and analyse consolidated forecasts, Budgets and loading them into Hyperion
• Preparing internal and external reports on actual, budget and forecast data.
