Corporate Auditor – Petrochemical Industry
Cape Town
Responsibilities:
• Manages, leads and controls activities of the audit team and/or, performs audits assigned in accordance with the audit plan
• Establishes audit objectives and scope with Area Audit Manager or Lead Audit. Performs audit planning, client communications, resource planning, leads and follows-up with assigned auditors
• Performs assigned audit sections, documents work in Team Mate, prepares audit findings, obtains client responses, share successful practices and sign-off audit steps
• Conducts country financial and operational audits within the Africa region
• Implements and/or maintains common standards and processes throughout the department, focusing on audit standards, TeamMate, Business Process and Application Auditing (BPAA), Control Self Assessment (CSA), Data Analysis and SMS teams

Required Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant, CIA, or CIMA, or BCOM
• 2 - 5 years of related internal audit experience
• SAP or JDE background
• Exposure to statistical data analysis
• Microsoft Office skills
• Willing to travel within and outside South Africa
