Manage a kitchen for 30 staff.

Chef's qualification with further 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a corporate catering environment.

Staff training & good staff relation skills essential

Own transport and drivers license as the chef is responsible for purchasing stock.

Good discipline and fair treatment: Chef to be a Role Model

Good waste management skills

Responsible for training chefs, implementing & maintaining kitchen standards

Mondays to Fridays 8h00 - 17h00

Salary R15.000.00 - R20.000.00
