MiX Telematics has vacancies for 3 Corporate Customer Care Consultants who will report directly into the Customer Care Manager. These
positions will be based in Midrand.

Responsibilities:

? Ensure client satisfaction, by assisting the client with all queries in a proficient and professional manner;
? Ensure vehicle and recovery contact information is update continuously and contact sequences created per vehicle;
? Provide timeous feedback on queries from both internal and external clients;
? The identification of vehicles that require replacements or upgrades;
? Daily, weekly and monthly functionality reporting on all allocated customers;
? Training of product and web based functionality onsite with customers; and
? Minimum of 24 customer visits within a 6 month period;

Must have requirements include:

? Matriculation;
? 2 years call centre experience with relevant Tertiary Qualification OR 2-3 years Corporate Client care experience;
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external
customers;
? Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook);
? Must have a working knowledge of spreadsheets and the use of formulas;
? Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, and standard
accepted practices;
? Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
? Experience in social networking;
