JSE Approved Sponsor/Executive.

Independent M&A advisory / corporate finance house seeks a CORPORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE with experience in sponsor work.

You will be responsible to the Executive Directors, who will from time to time, determine your duties and responsibilities and advise you accordingly should they differ from that set out below.

You can expect to have to perform a variety of different assignments, including (but not limited to):

•Research
•Valuations
•Developing and presenting pitches and proposals
•Drafting client announcements
•Circulars and documentation relevant to JSE Limited and its activities and the Corporate Finance environment in general

Minimum Requirements

•B.Com/Hons degree
•Sponsor Executive experience / JSE Approved Executive
