Description
Investment Banking Firm is in the market for a Corporate Finance Principal to report directly to the Head of Finance. The primary function of a Principal is to ensure that corporate finance mandates are landed and implemented successfully. A person

in this role leads, guides and mentors the team assigned to a mandate, is the primary interface with the client and is responsible and

accountable for the services rendered to the client. The successful candidate must have the following non negotiables:

Must be a qualified CA (SA)

Must have at least 7 years post articles experience in Corporate Finance

Investment Banking experience

Strong Equity Capital experience

Well rounded Corporate Finance Experience

Must have experience managing teams
