This position is responsible for Managing team performance in line with set goals and to transfer skill to ensure optimal output. Oracle based administration Experience

Duties:

Review and monitoring turnaround and quality

Quality control

Managing team. Daily attendance control, identify pas and possible training needs, drives high performance

Admin turnaround. All system inputs and e-mail queries finalized within turnaround

Reporting

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Customer Service/ Financial Certificates or similar
Minimum 3 year Membership administration and reconciliation experience
Excellent command of English language - read, write and speak
Junior management experience. Sound Financial principles and background. Oracle based administration experience
