A dynamic Cosmetics manufacturing company based in the Southern Suburbs seeks a suitably qualified and driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their team and to provide support to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will have a Chemical Degree / Diploma with background in a Cosmetics manufacturing environment / lab with strong marketing / sales ability and the desire to succeed and

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Chemical Degree / Diploma or similar
• Min 2 years’ experience within a cosmetics lab environment
• Good knowledge of INCI Lists
• Marketing qualification advantageous and exposure to digital marketing, brand management, retail marketing preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administration skills (as you will provide administration support to the Sales & Marketing Manager)
• Fully social media and IT savvy, fully computer literate
• Precise, with meticulous attention to detail
• Good negotiation skills and ability to network with clients on all levels
• A flair for identifying trends
• Confident, Unflappable and a strong backbone / ability to excel in challenging environment and deal with demanding clients
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to show initiative
• Strong business ethics and solid ethical character with strong moral fibre
• Own vehicle and willing to travel to clients and work additional hours to meet with operational requirements when required
