Job Description:

Working with various departments to manage the unit costs of the product from labour, material to their overhead costs. This person will analyze cost records for the various divisions of the business, analyze audits and prepare reports for the business. The incumbent will analyze the actual costs versus standard costs and prepare the variance reports and will be a support function to the Management Accountant. The person in this role will be groomed to take on the Management Accountants position in the next 3 years when he retires, so this is a great career move for someone that is looking to fast track into that sort of finance function.
