Main Objectives Analysis and maintenance of the factory costing systems including reporting

Required Prior Learning
? Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a specialization in Cost & Management Accounting (CIMA).
? 1 – 2 years relevant work experience in costing/manufacturing.

Required Competencies, Skills and Knowledge

? Ability to handle pressure
? Detailed knowledge of the Inventory module in Oracle
? Problem solving ability
? Computer literate – Advanced Excel knowledge.
? Good interpersonal skills
? Analytical skills
? Understanding of manufacturing and business principles
? Deadline driven

KPA’s and Responsibilities:-

? Maintain formulations for all product groups
? Review and update Bill of materials
? Reconcile mass balance usages for raw materials.
? Perform a statistical trend analyses on critical costs.
? Compile and extract necessary reports to assist relevant managers in making decisions.
? Assist in identifying and eliminating of critical variances in the different cost centers.
? Ensure that internal administrative systems are applied and implemented for information transparency and control.
? Administrative functions on Grains procurement system
? Assist with the training and development of internal administrative systems and procedures in the warehouse and production areas.
