We are currently recruiting for a very well established manufacturing concern, based in Blackheath. The incumbent will report directly into the MD of the company.

Minimum qualifications and experienced required:

• University finance completed degree
• CIMA qualification will be highly advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience on costing and management accounting in manufacturing concern

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Review and maintain Inventory BOMs and costings in Syspro
• Coordinate monthly Inventory counts, cost reviews and valuation
• Compile monthly financial and operational reporting
• Compile quarterly board packs
• Maintain and calculate contract pricing on Syspro and Excel
• Financial forecasting and modelling
• Provide ERP maintenance as Syspro super user
• Maintain barcoding and labelling system (Bartender)
• Maintain BI Software (Qlikview)
• Responsible for Annual Budget Process in consultation with department heads and board members
• Prepare and distribute monthly budget vs actual tracking
• Ad hoc financial reconciliations and reports
• Ad hoc approval of payments and FEC’s
• Management of two staff members
