A beverages company in Cape Town has a vacancy for a Cost & Management Accountant.

Job Description:

* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly to ensure the correctness of the financial position.
* Preparation of monthly reports and coordination of the end-of-year audit as required.
* Daily reporting of production losses investigates and action control or reactive measures to ensure re-occurrence does not happen.
* Develop week-to-date and MTD reports to be circulated to HODs.
* Financial forecasting and budgeting.
* Ensure bill of materials (BOM) are 100% accurate.
* Ensure timely posting of raw materials to get stock on accounting system as live as possible.
* Assess, identify and impose training programmes for each person.

Requirements:

* Grade 12 plus completed a 3-year Degree/Diploma in Management Accounting.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management Accounting.
* Must be in possession of a Code 08 (B) driver’s license.
* Experience in the FMCG environment and team leadership experience.
