To ensure that the administration related to the service department is updated and accurate
To ensure that the warranty administration related to the service department is updated and accurate

Main job functions
Process Warranty claims accurately on a daily basis
Ensure that vehicles under warranty are registered on the warranty system
Check age analysis
Compile necessary reports & assist with service administration
Check warranty in progress daily
Check job cards on a daily basis
Process invoices for outwork accurately and timeously
Quotations, when necessary
Correct errors in warrant claims, when necessary
Do general costing accurately
Banking
Motor plan claims
Debtors and cash control
