To control and manage the sales and inventory stock for the Port Elizabeth branch, while ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Open job cards for National, Export, Used and Tadano
  • Prepare jobs for the Foreman to close
  • Close all internal job cards including warranty, PDI, rework an inter-company sale
  • Load costs onto job cards such as labour, travel, consumables or oils
  • Invoice revenue jobs
  • Pull invoices for accounts or the Foreman
  • Assist the accounts department with customer queries
  • Post the invoices to customers
  • Print reports
  • Credits and re-invoice
  • Quotations processed through SAP
  • Assist with purchasing
  • Filing

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must have experience on SAP, ideally at least 5 years' experience
  • Experience in sales or a workshop environment is essential
  • The suitable candidate will be hardworking and able to handle pressure especially at month end
