To control and manage the sales and inventory stock for the Port Elizabeth branch, while ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction
Key Job Responsibilities
- Open job cards for National, Export, Used and Tadano
- Prepare jobs for the Foreman to close
- Close all internal job cards including warranty, PDI, rework an inter-company sale
- Load costs onto job cards such as labour, travel, consumables or oils
- Invoice revenue jobs
- Pull invoices for accounts or the Foreman
- Assist the accounts department with customer queries
- Post the invoices to customers
- Print reports
- Credits and re-invoice
- Quotations processed through SAP
- Assist with purchasing
- Filing
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have experience on SAP, ideally at least 5 years' experience
- Experience in sales or a workshop environment is essential
- The suitable candidate will be hardworking and able to handle pressure especially at month end
