COSTING AGENT

Key Competencies:

• Create costing table templates in Excel according to the specific requirements of freight;
• Enquiry branches, affiliates and subcontractors all over the world about the actual cost of move operations and freight;
• Complete costing tables with the information obtained;
• Submit costing tables and reports to the Costing Manager in a timely manner;
• The candidate will also perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills Required:

• As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their High School diploma.
• University studies in mathematics or commerce will be considered a plus;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a freight/shipping
• environment;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Very strong computer skills, in particular Excel;
• Must be able to deal with multiple tasks and strict deadlines;
• Must have strong analytical skills, be flexible and detail-oriented.

Salary : Salary package is commensurate with experience and academic strengths.
