Costing Clerk/ Analyst needed in Polokwane
Experience and qualifications:
•Must have experience within the construction and contracting industry’
•Must be computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge;
•Proficient in English and / or Afrikaans and well presented;
•Diploma / Degree will be advantageous.
Responsibilities and competencies:
•Tracking profits and losses within current and future projects;
•Evaluating actual material and labour costs in comparison with BOQ;
•Identify variances;
•Prepare variance reports per project and provide recommendations where necessary;
•Reviewing and reporting the projects budgets and finances;
•Evaluate and assist with procurement procedures;
Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications (± R15 000.00 – R25 000.00)
