This stunning Client in the Springfield Park area has a position available for a suitably experience Costing Clerk. Applicants with some Internal Sales experience would receive preference.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Matric • Accounting qualification • Experience within a Fastener environment would be an advantage( Costing & Sales) • Own vehicle • Valid Drivers License

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Bill of material • Costing Run • PP Variance • Stock taking • Petty Cash management (Replenishing & Issuing) • Preparing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis • Recording of Invoices • Compile cash flow for payment sent from head office • Processing payments • Liaison with Suppliers regarding Orders • Data capturing • Registration of Vendor Numbers • Processing of Part-time Claims • Ensuring that all suppliers are paid • Capturing of Invoices • Capturing and filing of all information received • Internal Sales of Fasteners.

Salary is market related, and negotiable dependent on experience.
