Key Performance Areas
• They would be expected to do all tenders, Costings from plans as well as Costings from hand sketches, and any other costings we might require.
• This involves reading and understanding what is required for the specific job,
• Getting the prices of all the raw materials required for the job (the best prices)
• Keeping an accurate paper trial
• Getting the costing signed off and sent to the client.
•
• The applicant will need to understand tenders and have balustrade or construction knowledge.
• They need to have good computer knowledge and be able to use Microsoft as well as google drive.
• They need to be meticulous on their filling, accuracy, wording and paper trail. Attention to the tiniest detail is essential.
