A Costing Clerk is urgently needed in Gauteng on a 6 to 8 months contract- East Rand.BEE Candidate Preferably.

Position Outputs

Creation of purpose orders, receipting of purchase orders, releasing of purchase and following up of parts ordered for projects team
Obtaining
Supplier information for new vendor registration
Warranty registration of completed units
Minute taking
Filing and archiving of projects
Completing job washouts and investigating open orders preventing job closure

Candidates Requirements

Minimum Grade 12. Administrative/ Purchasing course advantageous
Minimum 3 years work experience
Good PC skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAP advantageous
Strong oral and written communication in English
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
