A leading company in the Engineering industry is looking to fill a Temporary position for a Costing Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling end to end service processes and costing bought outs on service jobs.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Check credit limits and equipment history
  • Open, control and close jobs in SAP
  • Capture and analyse job costing elements (Labour, travel, expenses, bought outs, SIMS)
  • Create and accept quotes
  • Verify archives and follow up
  • Assist in control of Work In Progress (WIP)
  • Effective self-management and performance ownership

Requirements of Candidates

  • SAP experience a must
  • Computer Literacy (MS excel and word, outlook email)
  • Grade 12
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Time management and planning of work
  • At least 2 years Financial or Admin background
