Counter Manager Job available in Loch Logan, Bloemfontein with leading International Fashion Brand. We are looking for a reliable, ambitious and experienced Manager to join the team and take the brand to new heights. This position is responsible for maximizing sales and ensuring the effective operation of all store activities, through effective merchandise and inventory management, operating cost control and people management. The position is responsible for meeting set personable sales objectives as well as for projecting the company’s vision and mission statement and image through effective customer service and visual presentation techniques. Experience required:Should have 2 – 5 years fashion retail experience Minimum of 2 – 3 years retail management experienceMust have matric, and a completion of post-secondary-education; retail or management qualification would be an advantage. Required skills:Ability to communicate with customers and store team members.A commitment to customer service excellence, coupled with superior visual presentation abilities.Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with minimum immediate supervisionA proven aptitude for administration and the professional exercising of discretion at all times and under all circumstancesProven effectiveness in time management skills with ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to move or handle heavy merchandise and climb ladders.Ability to work varied hours/days as required in a retail environment.
