Duties and responsibilities:

Provide support to sales team
Achieving sales targets
Customer support – over counter and telephonically
Assist customers with product range understanding
Follow up calls regarding quotations
Receive and process sales orders
Receive payments, writing receipts and deposit money
Issuing and receiving of stock
Liaise between stores, inventory and procurement and customers
Customer complaints
