Minimum Requirements:

University Degree -LLB
Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Extensive experience in legal practice related to the Pharmaceutical Industry (THIS IS A MUST)
Sound experience in Pharma Litigation

Responsible for providing legal services in all matters relevant to business in SA
Intellectual property enforcement, litigation and employee relations
To establish, embed and enforce legal compliance
