An opportunity currently exists for an experience GM within the security sector, the candidate should also possess strong Business Development Skills.

Experience Running Business Units in African countries will be an advantage.

The role will encompass running the Business Unit with a strong focus on service delivery and growing the business within the specific country.

This is a challenging position and a difficult market to operate in.

Brief profile:

1. Independent and be able to operate for long periods in a foreign environment.
2. Must have managed business units in excess of 500 men.
3. Knowledge of security industry.
4. Critical: sales experience (services)
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Healthy.
7. Prepared to operate in an African country on cycles of 6 weeks out followed by 2 weeks home leave.
8. Mature and patient.
9. Able to handle stressful situations.
10. Able to handle conflict.
11. Maintain excellent client relations
12. Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
13. Understanding of company finances
14. Good general management skills.
