Duties include:- General Manager:-Day to day management of the entire resort and all departmentsStaff management, development and trainingDepartmental liaisonGuest relationsFinancial management and planningAdministrative managementManaging all operationsHR managementManagement and adherence to standards, policies and procedures Guest Relations:-Extensive guest liaison on a daily basisAssisting guests with all aspects during entire stay at the resort from check in to check outGuest entertainmentHosting of guestsHandling guest complaints and queriesAssisting with guest-orientated dutiesAdministration Requirements include:-Previous 2-3 years working experience within a luxury hotel/resort/lodge within a similar positionRelevant Tertiary qualificationGrade 12 (Matric)Previous working experience as a coupleUnendorsed drivers licensesTeam player and strong staff management skillsGood command of the English language (both written and verbal)Must be computer literate (MS Office suite)Please send through copies of your qualifications with letters of reference as well as a head and shoulders photograph of yourself with your application.This is a COUPLES position.
